Nice spot if you're in Little Italy and aren't in the mood for an Italian restaurant. The house has a cozy vibe to it, especially during the winter holidays! All day happy hour on Wednesdays makes this a great spot to hit up right after work but I also hear it's a good spot for brunch. Staff were friendly and attentive!

This gorgeous space is perfect for brunch, inside and outside are both a great option. I really enjoyed the prawn and grits. It had to be the best grits in town! I recommend making a reservation to secure a spot on the weekend. They also have great mimosa deals for brunch. This space is also dog friendly which made for some very cute dining guests.

Pleasant atmosphere, great service! Make reservations if you can...very busy spot. We got in right away with our reservation. Outskirts of Little Italy but only by about a block. Parking a challenge but expected. Overall food was great. Was a little underwhelmed by my Bellini ....tasted like Champagne with a splash of smashed sour strawberry... could have used a splash of something a little sweet. The mimosas, beer and mixed cocktails we ordered were all excellent. Burger could have used a little seasoning, but the sauces made up for it. Meat pies and the Cure brunch options were delicious! All very filling. The seasoning on the fries was wonderful! Loved the old home turned into a restaurant! Great vibe, fun area with lots to do! Patio dog friendly!

I had the pleasure of visiting Queenstown Pub for brunch today again. and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was torn between the steak croissant Benedict and the pork belly fried rice. Thankfully, the waitress recommended the Benedict, and it exceeded all expectations. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The sauce was a delightful blend of cheesiness with a hint of spice, adding just the right kick. What impressed me most was the croissant itself--crispy enough to hold up to the hearty toppings and sauces without becoming soggy. My friends opted for different burgers, and they were equally pleased with their choices. The quality and presentation of each dish were impeccable, showcasing the pub's commitment to good food and customer satisfaction. I can't wait to return to Queenstown Pub for another round of their delicious offerings. It's clear they know how to elevate classic dishes with a twist, making every visit a memorable culinary experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy spot with great food!

I found this little gem scrolling the map in the airport hood where I was staying the night before a flight out of San Diego. Let me tell you, it was a great find! Although it was a chilly evening when we went, they had overhead and tower heaters all over their outdoor lanai, which kept us cozy and comfortable. Their outdoor lanai was also decorated with these gigantic handmade flowers that were just fabulous and funky. Now, if I know ANYTHING about New Zealand cuisine, it's LAMB heavy. This place did not disappoint. We had lamb kebab with a host of accompanying sides to make little pita sandwich bites. We then feasted on the meat pies. Oh boy! They were FABULOUS bites of heaven. I would eat those all day! Pot roast style meat in a puff pastry blanket was love in my mouth. They came with fries... the fries were not the star of the show. (Maybe you could try getting mashed potatoes? That would be much better.) Also, the drinks were fantastic. Go check them out!

Did you know Queenstown does happy hour all day on Wednesdays? We didn't so you could imagine our surprise and delight when we found out we could still order from the happy hour menu. And if you know ahead of time that you'll be visiting, be sure to sign up for their program which will send you monthly BOGO deals for their Burger of the Month! Calamari: The happy hour portion is pretty small and we thought it was more because we didn't notice the bed of arugula on the bottom of the bowl. But overall, very crispy and flavorful. It comes with sweet and sour sauce to dip and I ended up pouring some on the arugula and finished it like a salad. New Zealand Chips and Dip: Housemade chips with a delicious onion dip. We ended up wiping the bowl clean! Burger of the Month: As the name suggests, the burger changes every month. For the month of May, it was a Mushroom Truffle Burger. It comes with a side of skinny fries and you can pay extra to substitute for fatty or sweet fries, just not the portobello fries. The burger itself was really juicy and I really liked the arugula and Swiss cheese. I wonder if they recycle monthly burgers often, but I think this is a great way to bring people back and try the new limited burgers. Overall, great meal and I'll be keeping an eye on the burger of the month. We made a reservation and it looked pretty full during dinner time so I would recommend doing the same. It looked like there's more outdoor than indoor seating so dress appropriately!

Let's start with the good; the good was SO delicious! 10/10, portion are big and delicious. My least favorite was the appetizer we chose; the onion dip. In my opinion store bought onion dip tastes better. The home cooked kettle chips were tasty though. Unfortunately the service was not the best, the waiter did not have great customer service and felt like we were bothering him at times. A smile goes a long way! In addition if you're not seating outside the inside of the restaurant has you packed like sardines. I would opt for outdoor seating if possible. All in all I would come back!

Came here with a big group (11 people) on a Saturday morning with a reservation. We were seated outside and their heaters were on and kept us toasty. really busy corner in downtown so lots of foot traffic. dogs are welcome outdoors :) service took a while but nothing to complain about, they just didn't check up on us often and we needed reminders for water refills. we ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich and steak benedict. the portions are huuuge, you can honestly split one dish among 2 people! the croissant sandwich was good but nothing special-- very generous with all the toppings. my boyfriend got the steak benedict and liked how the steak was cooked, but it was very heavy on the sauce. each dish is a bit over $20, so a bit pricey but pretty average for a nice brunch spot. wouldn't go out of our way to dine here again, but a solid brunch option.

Made reservations ahead of time for a Sunday brunch and was glad I did! It was pretty packed. I love the aesthetics of the place - it feels homey, cozy, and quaint! You can sit indoors or outdoors, but indoor seating is more limited than outdoors. The service was quick and friendly! I ordered the Steak Croissant Benedict and it was pretty filling! The food was great - that arugula blue cheese béchamel hit the spot. All in all, I genuinely enjoyed the food and experience here so definitely recommend checking out their weekend brunch!

Really nice spot for new Zealand cuisine. Came here for dinner on a Wednesday. Tried an assortment of food with my coworkers out on their outdoor porch during a rain storm. The Hummus platter was one of the best of its kind that I had. Really fresh veggies, great hummus, and the softest bread. Tried some of my coworkers parlor pot pie and it was fantastic. Insanely large portion. I split the vegetarian and meat pies with my coworker. The vegetarian curry pie had more flavor. They came with nicely seasoned steak fries. Rounded out the dinner with a mag pie. It wasn't bad, but I would not get that again. It interestingly had macadamia nuts throughout. Service was top notch. Would definitely come back again. Vegan coworker was also very happy.
